The NKLS have both a GUI and a command line interface. By default, when
running the NKLS, it displays the graphical user interface. However, since the
NKLS is typically installed on a server, it is more suitable to run as a Windows
service without user intervention. Using the command line interface allows you
to configure the NKLS to run in the background as a service process. An
advantage is that the NKLS is not terminated even when the system is logged
off. In addition, you can install the NKLS to the Windows startup so that it
runs automatically when Windows starts or reboots. With these options, you can
ensure that the NLKS can provide a reliable and continuous licensing service to
the client computers running the application..
